Become a member of the Daylight Saving for South East Queensland Party

To become an ordinary member of the Daylight Saving for South East Queensland Party, you must:

  • be registered on the Queensland Electoral Roll.
  • be willing to confirm your membership, in writing, if requested to do so by the Electoral Commission of Queensland.
  • not have been convicted of a disqualifying electoral offence within the last 10 years.

Upgrade to a Financial Member

You can also upgrade your Party membership from an Ordinary Member to become a Financial Member, for just $25 per annum. This will allow you to have voting rights at General Meetings of the Party. There's no obligation to upgrade your membership, but it is a tangible way to demonstrate your support for getting Daylight Saving introduced into South East Queensland as soon as possible.

All you need to do is to go here and pay quickly and easily on-line using your credit/debit card. Or you can pay by cheque or EFT to the details here. Please make sure you provide your name in the notes/payment reference field so we know that it's you who has paid!

DS4SEQ recognises the importance of confidentiality of Members’ personal information and will abide by the Australian National Privacy Principles. The Party will:
   
a) only collect personal information which is necessary for the Party’s functions or activities
b) ensure appropriate measures are taken so that Member details are not disclosed to, or accessed by, unauthorised persons
c) provide information to an entity only when we are required to by law,
e.g. the Electoral Commission of Queensland (ECQ)
d) allow a Member to access his or her personal information held by DS4SEQ, if requested to do so, in writing, by that Member.
